5. Resource Usage: Users must not exceed the allocated resources (such as bandwidth, storage, CPU usage). Excessive use may result in additional charges or service suspension.

6. Data Backup: While the hosting company may offer backup services, users are ultimately responsible for maintaining their own backups of data.

7. Service Availability: The hosting company strives to maintain a high level of service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and agree to notify the hosting company immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Termination: The hosting company reserves the right to terminate any account for violations of the terms of service or any other reason deemed necessary, with or without notice.

10. Modifications to Terms: The hosting company reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
